Presented by the Arts Council, the Arts Market of New Orleans is a monthly open-air festival of creativity featuring over one hundred local artists, live music, creative crafts for kids and foods to satisfy every craving. Located Uptown in lovely Palmer Park at the corner of South Claiborne and South Carrollton Avenues, the Arts Market is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.on the last Saturday of every month and has no admission charge.
