The Plugged Art Collective will present Her Shorts 2008: International Women’s Video Festival at the 3 Ring Circus, 1638 Clio Street, between St. Charles Avenue and Carondelet Street .
The festival will feature women’s short videos from 17 countries, such as China, Italy, Netherlands and Peru. The works range in content and style, including animation, documentary and experimental video art.
Admission is free, but a $7 donation is suggested to help defray festival costs.
