The conference will feature “America’s #1 Idea Guru” Doug Hall, founder of Eureka! Ranch and past Master Marketing Innovator for Proctor & Gamble. Eureka! Ranch is the #1 corporate innovation and research facility in the USA, with clients ranging from Johnson & Johnson, Frito Lay, Walt Disney, and Pepsi-Cola. Through a partnership with the MEP, Hall has embarked on a cross-country journey visiting each MEP Center to translate the widsom he’s discovered advising Fortune 500 companies at Eureka! Ranch into practical tactics for small and medium sized manufacturers.

The first day of the conference will hold full-day, public lean sessions. Due to the structure of the classes, the number of participants will be limited.

The second day will feature keynote speakers, networking opportunities with industry professionals and agencies, and concurrent breakout sessions in four tracks: lean, quality, growth, and business/strategic planning. These conference tracks were chosen based a survey taken of our state’s manufacturers addressing the highest priorities of their businesses.
